Compliance Product Builder (AI)

Location: Must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium, or Spain. Hybrid role with remote work flexibility and an emphasis on in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Build scalable compliance processes and tooling for hirify.global's Corporate team covering legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance, and security.
• Design clear workflows that route requests to the right owners and automate recurring regulatory work.
• Redesign manual processes end to end, from user research and planning through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Build practical no-code, low-code, and AI-enabled workflows that combine tools, data, controls, and human judgment.
• Identify future bottlenecks and create solutions that bhirify.globalce regulatory compliance with operational speed.
• Define and track measures for adoption, quality, efficiency, and improvement.

Requirements

• Experience building automated or self-service solutions that people continue to use.
• Hands-on familiarity with current AI tools and AI-enabled workflows for research, decision-making, knowledge work, or operations.
• Ability to learn regulated domains quickly and understand the reasons behind compliance processes.
• Professional French and English.
• Builder mindset, systems thinking, sound judgment, project ownership, and clear stakeholder communication.
• Must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium, or Spain.
