What you will do

• Define the compliance monitorhirify.global strategy and annual monitorhirify.global plan for hirify.global Belgium.
• Translate the strategy into individual monitorhirify.global missions and oversee their delivery.
• Monitor and challenge the effectiveness of the end-to-end Compliance Control Framework ushirify.global risk-based and efficient testhirify.global approaches.
• Report compliance risks, track remediation actions, and support quality improvements for products and services.
• Lead a team of 6 in Belgium and oversee 15 colleagues in the Compliance Hubs in Warsaw and Manila.
• Manage stakeholders, coach team members, and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 10–15 years of experience in bankhirify.global or internal audit.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
• Professional scepticism, analytical and synthesis skills, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• People management skills and an ability to lead, coach, evaluate, and develop teams.
• Proficiency in data analytics and willhirify.globalness to travel.
