Head of Developer Relations (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, or remote within the United States; hybrid

What you will do

• Define the Developer Relations vision, roadmap, and quality standards.
• Own demos, sample applications, notebooks, technical blogs, workshops, events, community programs, and technical launch support.
• Develop new ways to demonstrate the capabilities of hirify.global speed for developers.
• Personally build, write, teach, present, and debug technical integrations.
• Lead, coach, and provide actionable feedback to Developer Relations contributors.
• Translate developer and community feedback into input for Product and Engineering, and measure developer activation, continued usage, and ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

• Strong technical building skills, including API usage, demo development, and integration debugging.
• Excellent technical writing, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading a Developer Relations function or technical developer program with measurable adoption results.
• Experience directly managing and developing technical contributors.
• Experience delivering technical launches or developer programs with Product, Engineering, and creative partners.
• Experience turning developer insights into improvements to products, documentation, or developer experience.
