Sr. Developer Relations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $172,000–$215,000 base annually, plus a 20% target annual bonus and RSUs

What you will do

• Define and execute the developer relations strategy for hirify.global B2 across coding agents, MCP servers, SDKs, reference architectures, and machine-readable documentation.
• Coordinate engineering, documentation, content, solutions engineering, and AI ecosystem integration teams around a unified developer program.
• Build credibility and engagement in GitHub, Discord, open-source projects, developer events, and AI infrastructure communities.
• Develop relationships with ecosystem partners and amplify internal technical voices through tutorials, thought leadership, and enablement content.
• Feed developer insights, adoption friction, and integration needs back to product and engineering teams.
• Define and track metrics including signups, activation, AI framework adoption, community engagement, content reach, and revenue conversion.

Requirements

• Meaningful leadership experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or developer experience at a cloud infrastructure, open-source, or AI tooling company.
• Experience building or significantly growing a developer program.
• Technical credibility, including the ability to read a codebase, evaluate an SDK, write a working integration, and discuss engineering trade-offs.
• Understanding of agentic workflows and how developers discover and integrate infrastructure tools.
• Ability to operate with limited headcount through cross-functional relationships, external partners, and developer communities.
• Existing visibility in developer communities through conference talks, open-source contributions, technical writing, or a relevant following.

Nice to have

• Experience with model training, data processing, or generative media.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar coding agents.
• Experience with AI/ML open-source frameworks such as MLflow, DVC, Ray Data, WebDataset, or MosaicML Streaming.
• Experience running or contributing to a startup or developer program.
