Legal Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds AI products that help companies solve complex contracting problems and improve collaboration around legal agreements.

What you will do

• Represent and advocate for hirify.global during sales calls, customer onboarding, product demonstrations, webinars, events, and conferences.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations for in-house legal teams, identifying relevant use cases and presenting appropriate product capabilities.
• Advise customers on integrating hirify.global into legal workflows and adopting effective practices for scaling AI in day-to-day work.
• Implement and oversee contract Playbooks based on customer precedents, templates, and historical agreements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve model outputs and with designers to improve the user experience.
• Communicate customer feedback to the sales and product teams from a legal perspective.

Requirements

• Legal experience at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu whiteboard presentations, formal presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Ability to independently investigate and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and bias toward action.
• Ability to work on-site in Australia.

• Sales or customer-facing experience.
• Legal business development or secondment experience.
• Experience managing law firm client matters and client relationships.
