Senior Agentic Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with operations teams, advisors, and business stakeholders to identify high-value workflows and prioritize agentic solutions.
• Design, build, and operate production AI agents using hirify.global’s data model, custodians, CRM, planning systems, and other vendor integrations.
• Develop scalable software with testing, code review, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Build monitoring, alerting, logging, evaluations, access controls, and guardrails for reliable and safe agent behavior in a regulated environment.
• Lead rollouts, train users, support adoption, and use business impact feedback to guide ongoing product iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python, SQL, HTTP, and AWS.
• Experience designing scalable systems and building AI agents or agentic applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud and serverless architectures, with AWS Bedrock AgentCore preferred.
• Experience supporting operations teams and working directly with demanding technical and non-technical users.
• Strong software architecture, business judgment, ownership, communication, and rollout skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Claude Managed Agents, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or LLM tool integrations.
• Experience with GCP, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph Cloud, or CrewAI.
• Background in wealth management, financial services, capital markets, custodial data, compliance, auditability, or access control.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and production AI agents.
