Location: Remote for candidates based in LATAM, with Brazil preferred; availability to collaborate during US working hours

is partnering with a fintech SaaS business to build practical AI capabilities into its platform.
What you will do
- Build and deploy AI features within an existing SaaS platform.
- Develop applications using large language models, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Connect AI solutions with backend services, APIs, and business data.
- Evaluate the performance, reliability, and quality of AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical leadership to turn business requirements into production solutions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills and hands-on Python experience.
- Experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, and LLM API integrations.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating applications with existing systems.
- Understanding of testing, monitoring, and maintaining production software.
- Clear English communication skills and availability to collaborate during US working hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS.
