Google Ads Senior Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States

Salary: $95,000–$140,000 annually, depending on ability level.

What you will do

• Lead Google Ads strategy and directly manage and optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across multiple client accounts and connect campaign decisions to business goals.
• Guide value-based bidding, enhanced conversions, conversion data usage, and measurement gap resolution.
• Develop testing plans, investigate performance changes, and make results-based recommendations.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on opportunities, tradeoffs, and priorities.
• Coach practitioners and collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams on feeds, ads, landing pages, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients, preferably in an agency environment.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to improve client outcomes and explain the decisions behind results.
• Experience mentoring other practitioners while continuing to manage accounts directly.
• Strong judgment, client communication, and prioritization skills across a varied portfolio.
