SEM Senior Lead

What you will do

• Lead tactical execution, optimization, and scalable growth of paid search programs.
• Develop keyword, campaign structure, targeting, display network, creative, and messaging strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide cross-channel recommendations to maximize revenue, ROI, and business impact.
• Coach and mentor team members while leading search training and departmental initiatives.
• Drive adoption of the Alli platform and contribute product recommendations to its evolution.
• Integrate technical solutions to address client-specific business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of paid search experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
• Experience with campaign structuring, keyword expansion, audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance analysis.
• Ability to design and execute A/B testing and creative testing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and SQL.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills.
