Account Partner - New Homes (PropTech)

What you will do

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify prospects and develop sales proposals aligned with advertiser marketing and sales objectives.
• Build relationships with property developers, direct clients, and media agencies.
• Promote REA products and services through regular customer meetings and quality sales presentations.
• Monitor the local property market, new site launches, industry developments, and potential revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new and additional business.

Requirements

• Proven media sales experience, ideally in a digital environment.
• Knowledge of the property developer industry and advertising processes.
• Experience selling to direct customers and advertising or media agencies.
• Analytical skills for reporting on client activity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
