Vice President, Platform Engineering

What you will do

• Lead technology strategy for Identity, Access & SSO, Portal & Design System, Observability, Metrics & Monitoring, and Billing & Metering.
• Lead a global organization of more than 100 employees and establish reusable platform capabilities consumed across Product Engineering and AI & Agentic Platform.
• Drive cloud migration, workload modernization, platform standardization, and transformation of legacy environments into secure, scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Define identity management, SSO, RBAC, authentication, observability, monitoring, tracing, metering, and monetization infrastructure.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, regional, and executive leaders to prioritize investments, drive adoption, and align platform capabilities with business outcomes.
• Establish enterprise engineering standards, design system strategy, developer tooling, and technology governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, identity and access management, or technology product management.
• Experience leading large-scale global technology organizations and building enterprise cloud platforms using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong executive influence and stakeholder management skills, including mobilizing multiple business units and engineering teams without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of identity, access, observability, and platform technologies, with judgment to build, buy, scale, or retire capabilities.
• Experience operating in regulated industries and governing platform engineering standards, identity and access architecture, and design system frameworks across regions.
