What you will do

• Lead and perform in vitro and in vivo drug screening studies using primary and patient-derived leukemia and medulloblastoma models.
• Design and execute dose-response, viability, combination therapy, and drug-synergy studies.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot cell-based and molecular assays.
• Use short- and long-read RNA sequencing and other genomics approaches to investigate mechanisms of therapeutic response.
• Analyze experimental data, prioritize candidates, and advance studies toward in vivo validation.
• Design or coordinate in vivo efficacy studies and maintain comprehensive experimental records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific area.
• At least 5 years of research experience, or at least 3 years with a master’s degree; no prior experience is required with a PhD.
• Strong knowledge of the principles underlying laboratory techniques and their application.
• Hands-on experience with molecular and cell biology, including cell culture, flow cytometry, DNA/RNA isolation, western blotting, and functional assays.
• Experience in laboratory R&D methods, research project execution, and comparable-role performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with drug screening, genomics, cancer models, or in vivo studies.
• Experience with established primary or patient-derived leukemia and medulloblastoma models.
