Digital Experience Product Leader

What you will do

• Translate an established vision into product strategy, experience direction, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead the product from initial ideas through prototyping, user testing, MVP development, and launch.
• Shape the digital experience and drive continued customer engagement.
• Transform existing content into a compelling digital experience.
• Coordinate creative, technology, content, customer engagement, and external partners.
• Set priorities, make trade-offs, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum toward tangible outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership, product management, digital experience, innovation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a graduate degree in business, technology, design, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products or experiences from 0 to 1.
• Experience with prototyping, user testing, MVP development, and launch.
• Experience leading across design, technology, content, customer engagement, and business functions.
• Understanding of digital transformation, customer experience, personalization, digital engagement, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in business, technology, design, or a related field.
