What you will do

• Translate switchgear manufacturing strategies into digital roadmaps and prioritized IT demand pipelines.
• Manage digital requirements and align regional initiatives with hirify.global Grid Technologies IT standards.
• Lead and develop digital demand and business systems specialists across Mexico, the USA, and Brazil.
• Partner with manufacturing plant leadership and Digital Services stakeholders across the Americas.
• Govern IT/OT project delivery and guide MES, ERP, and PLM integrations with software and operations teams.
• Drive AI, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across factory operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in IT business analysis, digital consulting, or manufacturing operations IT.
• 2–3 years of experience in team leadership or supervision within a global or regional matrix organization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing IT/OT systems, MES, PLM, ERP integration, digital strategy, and Industry 4.0.
• Experience in people management, stakeholder management, business partnering, and intercultural collaboration.
• Required certifications include PMP or PRINCE2, CSPO or CSM, and ITIL Foundation.
