Demand & Orders Analyst

Location: Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico

What you will do

• Support customer inquiries about order lead times, configurations, changes, reschedules, and planned timelines.
• Supervise and control new sales orders, identifying key requirements and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Audit customer order change requests from material, production planning, technical, and logistics perspectives.
• Monitor production plans, demand forecasts, sales, orders, shipments, and product availability.
• Manage attachment inventory and develop schedules to achieve inventory-turn goals while maintaining availability.
• Coordinate customer priorities with Sales, Production, and other departments to achieve monthly goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Management.
• Three years of experience in demand planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as QAD or SAP, plus Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• English proficiency at approximately 70% for written and oral communication.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organization, planning, and communication skills.
