What you will do

• Develop business reporting covering revenue, market, product, customer, and channel performance.
• Support market target setting, growth planning, scorecards, and corrective action planning.
• Analyze pricing, margins, discounting, competitive position, partner profitability, and product mix.
• Build pipeline, funnel, demand, supply, revenue, and multi-year growth forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, executive dashboards, and strategic presentations.
• Lead complex analytical projects, scenario planning, risk assessment, investment analysis, and new-market expansion support.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience in business analytics, business planning, commercial finance, revenue operations, sales operations, strategy and operations, or category management.
• Experience with enterprise technology, collaboration solutions, SaaS, hardware, and services businesses.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel modeling, forecasting tools, and financial modeling.
• Experience with large datasets, data visualization, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, CRM, ERP, demand planning, and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across finance, sales, product, operations, and category organizations.
