Transportation Analyst II

Location: 100% onsite in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico; 24/7 schedule availability required

What you will do

• Analyze transportation plans and identify improvements to meet customer needs.
• Implement and maintain shipment-monitoring systems covering shipment status, dates, transit location, estimated arrival, and actual delivery.
• Generate and analyze reports on transportation costs, carrier performance, and lead times.
• Help develop process flows to track lead time by activity and reduce delays.
• Coordinate responsibilities, communicate decisions clearly, and support efficient transportation operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluent to advanced English proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar transportation or related position.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis, transportation planning, negotiation, and customer service.
• Availability to work a 24/7 schedule and work fully onsite.
