Senior Director, HP on HP Customer Zero

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States of America. Relocation assistance is available. The role includes approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $190,950–$305,550 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global's global digital workplace and employee productivity strategy.
• Lead internal deployment, adoption, operation, measurement, and refinement of hirify.global products, software, AI solutions, services, and workplace technologies.
• Partner with product management and engineering to evaluate products, define enterprise requirements, influence roadmaps, and improve market readiness.
• Drive workplace innovation across edge AI, PCs and endpoint hardware, collaboration platforms, print services, managed services, and digital employee experience.
• Establish governance, metrics, operating models, business cases, and measurable outcomes for secure and scalable enterprise technology deployments.
• Create customer-facing case studies, demonstrations, executive briefings, reference architectures, and best practices based on hirify.global's internal use of its solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise digital workplace, product management, software platforms, workplace services, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional technology, operations, product, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT operating models, architecture, security, compliance, service delivery, endpoint management, DEX, and workplace services.
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise end-user technology deployments, transformational programs, product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and value realization.
• Executive presence and experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders, including CIO staff and enterprise IT decision makers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• MBA, MS, or another advanced degree.
• Certifications in product management, program management, IT service management, AI, cloud, or enterprise architecture.
