Senior Director, Product Management - Customer Fulfillment Experience (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States — Home Office

Annual salary: $208,000–$416,000, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and operations across multiple complex fulfillment product families.
• Define a multi-year vision and prioritize roadmaps, financial plans, and high-impact investments.
• Shape customer fulfillment promise, speed, choice, control, efficiency, economics, and assortment availability.
• Partner with senior leadership, engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Drive innovation, emerging technology adoption, architectural decisions, launch readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Build and develop a high-performing product organization through talent and capability development.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 13 years of product management experience.
• Option 2: 15 years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Extensive experience leading product strategy and operations for complex portfolios.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and enterprise-level resource allocation experience.
• Experience using analytics, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies to guide product direction.
• Commitment to operational excellence, ethical standards, innovation, and organizational capability development.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products and supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and inclusive product development.
