Staff Developer, Software Development (Full-Stack Web)

Salary: $124,000–$165,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, deployment, and long-term support of scalable web applications, APIs, and supporting services.
• Drive initiatives across requirements discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, release planning, deployment, and operational support.
• Define frontend and backend technical direction, including frameworks, design patterns, integration strategies, and engineering standards.
• Design and optimize relational data models, database schemas, queries, and business-critical integrations.
• Resolve complex application, data, and system integration issues while implementing durable corrective actions.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and improve software design, testing, documentation, observability, maintainability, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with C#, Java, or another object-oriented language.
• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, plus modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong experience with C#/ASP.NET or comparable server-side web frameworks and relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience leading technical projects from requirements through production release and ongoing support, including architecture and scalable design decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with significant depth in C# and ASP.NET.
• Deep SQL development and performance tuning experience across Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience modernizing legacy web applications and improving performance, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Agile development experience and experience mentoring engineers or leading multiple concurrent efforts.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with secure coding practices and validation of generated output.
