What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support customer-facing retail banking web applications.
• Build full-stack solutions with a strong focus on Angular-based front-end experiences and .NET services.
• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, integration planning, code reviews, and pull request reviews.
• Use source code management and deployment tools while following Software Development Lifecycle policies.
• Apply approved AI-assisted development tools to coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving while maintaining ownership of quality and security.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of systems analysis or application development experience, bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience including at least 3 years of application development work.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one relevant programming language.
• Experience developing modern web applications with Angular or other front-end frameworks and within a .NET environment.
• Experience building and supporting full-stack applications, REST APIs, web services, and modern application architectures.
• Experience analyzing technical requirements, participating in code reviews, and following software engineering best practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for software engineering activities such as coding, testing, troubleshooting, code review, or documentation.

Nice to have

• Angular expertise and C#/.NET development experience.
• Experience with customer-facing digital applications and banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and responsible AI practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
