Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack .NET, Azure & Power Platform

Location: Houston, Texas; additional locations in Findlay, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas.

Salary: $106,900–$184,300 annually.

What you will do

• Design and build enterprise solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
• Develop intelligent workflows, real-time data capture, system integrations, and custom platform extensions.
• Lead medium-complexity features from technical design through delivery, including coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate enterprise architectures, engineering standards, documentation, and application lifecycle management.
• Improve software delivery through agile practices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, deployment automation, AI, and engineering process automation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with business leaders, architects, users, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and Microsoft integration technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, PCF controls, custom APIs, and Dataverse plug-ins.
• Knowledge of ALM, source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, DevSecOps, Power Platform security, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification.
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification.
