Senior HR Specialist (Global Workforce)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work

Salary: €45,000–€65,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout onboarding, from contract signature through employee onboarding.
• Lead onboarding sessions and manage expectations around timelines, roles, processes, and delivery.
• Advise clients on country rollout strategy, global hiring requirements, benefits benchmarking, and market expansion.
• Guide customers through the platform as a product expert and support global workforce management.
• Track onboarding progress, communicate risks and next steps, and coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Finance, and other teams to improve onboarding quality and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business experience in customer-facing roles focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in project management, program management, or client onboarding, ideally in a global or high-growth environment.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, client-facing, and organizational skills.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
