VCA Strategy & Commercial Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support execution of the VCA Europe strategy through analysis, strategic initiative tracking, and actionable planning.
• Support go-to-market initiatives, monitor progress against objectives, and coordinate execution across stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership decision-making.
• Contribute to strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including growth programs, AI-related initiatives, operating model improvements, and business performance enhancement.
• Coordinate governance and business review processes, including input gathering, action tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, commercial operations, analytics, finance, or a structured graduate program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable business insights.
• Interest in strategy execution, go-to-market initiatives, business performance management, and commercial growth.
• Strong AI literacy and the ability to use AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, generate insights, and automate processes.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including experience creating analyses, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, ownership, and attention to detail.
