Team Lead, Enterprise Integration Services

What you will do

• Build, configure, install, cable, label, test, and validate racks, network infrastructure, end-user devices, and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Lead day-to-day execution of warehouse-based integration projects from material readiness through quality validation and shipment release.
• Coordinate technicians, work assignments, integration bays, equipment, tooling, capacity, and project priorities.
• Perform hardware staging, imaging, asset tagging, troubleshooting, and operational readiness checks.
• Develop implementation guides, work instructions, runbooks, and customer-specific configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, warehouse operations, logistics, account teams, and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise deployment, integration services, data center operations, or infrastructure implementation.
• Experience building and deploying rack-based solutions, including structured cabling, networking, hardware installation, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with servers, network equipment, storage platforms, endpoint technologies, and hardware deployment troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and execute engineering diagrams, rack elevations, configuration guides, and implementation plans.
• Strong documentation and process development skills, with the ability to balance technical execution and leadership responsibilities.
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred; familiarity with ITIL, project delivery, quality management, logistics, asset management, and device lifecycle services is beneficial.
