Senior Professional Service Lead (Observability)

Location: US MA Remote; must reside in the Boston, MA area or be able to relocate there. Onsite work at client facilities is required.

What you will do

• Install, upgrade, configure, maintain, and optimize hirify.global Observability Self-Hosted and related products.
• Customize hirify.global products and workflows to support client business processes.
• Configure enterprise monitoring, diagnostics, alerting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Build threshold-based alerts that improve visibility and reduce alert fatigue.
• Diagnose systems, conduct product-level root cause analysis, and guide clients through the hirify.global support process.
• Advise and train client administrators, end users, and leadership while managing risks, blockers, and Statement of Work responsibilities.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain it.
• At least four years of experience with industry-standard monitoring technologies and networking.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-availability systems.
• Database administration experience, including Microsoft SQL Server and custom query writing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration, networking, switching, monitoring, alerting, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ability to reside in the Boston, MA area or relocate to the area, with onsite client-facility work.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Certified Professional certification.
• Experience with hirify.global NPM, NTA, SAM, DPA, or Log Manager.
• Experience with wireless controllers, storage appliances, hypervisors, routers, switches, servers, or service desk platforms.
• Knowledge of SNMP, SNMP traps, Syslog, and hirify.global applications and modules.
• Experience supporting client implementations, professional services engagements, or Statement of Work deliverables.
