Junior IT Systems Administrator

Location: Office-based in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment.
• Receive, track, prioritize, assign, and resolve user support requests.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop systems and peripherals.
• Manage hardware and software assets, inventories, licensing, and system decommissioning.
• Document system problems and resolutions and assist with basic IT training for staff.

Requirements

• College or university degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of IT experience.
• Experience in systems and network administration, with knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Serbian.
• Planning, multitasking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training.
