What you will do

• Review and analyze influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorship contracts.
• Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of creators and the company.
• Draft and modify contract templates.
• Maintain contract records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with talent managers, creators, clients, and internal teams on legal matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and experience reviewing contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks, ask questions, and help develop practical solutions.

• Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management.
