What you will do
- Gather customer process and AI strategy requirements, define success metrics, and align priorities with platform capabilities.
- Advise customers on AI security, governance, visibility, and operationalization using telemetry and compliance-focused policy recommendations.
- Design and implement AI governance policies integrated with customer infrastructure across SaaS and desktop AI applications and agents.
- Deliver executive-facing technical demonstrations tailored to customer industries and use cases.
- Create documentation, conduct technical enablement sessions, and train customers on the AI platform.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize AI deliverables while partnering with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role at an enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure vendor.
- 2+ years of enterprise software delivery or technical consulting experience with hands-on AI tooling, LLM integrations, or modern API architectures.
- Experience guiding Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers through complex technical deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security, Data Loss Prevention, Zero Trust, and sensitive data handling by LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with AI control points such as LLM Gateways, API proxies, inference hooks, or Model Context Protocol connectors.
- Strong understanding of web application execution, REST, Webhooks, JSON-RPC, JavaScript/browser execution models, event-driven architectures, and executive communication.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- CISSP, CCSP, Cloud, or AI Practitioner certifications.
- Experience with MCP, LiteLLM, LangChain, custom inference hooks, Enterprise Browsers, endpoint security platforms, or enterprise SIEM and analytics tools.
- Exposure to NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, SOC 2, data privacy regulations, or enterprise compliance standards.
