Field CISO (AI Security)

hirify.global is an early-stage AI security company building a platform that combines a federated SIEM, AI agents, threat hunting, and threat intelligence for security operations.

What you will do

• Represent executive leadership in strategic customer, prospect, and partner engagements.
• Engage with CISOs and security executives throughout high-value enterprise opportunities, from executive alignment through renewal.
• Advise security leaders on SOC transformation, operating model design, risk, and responsible AI adoption in security operations.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on executive strategy, business cases, executive mapping, and deal readouts.
• Build CISO community programs, including roundtables, advisory councils, and regional executive events.
• Develop thought leadership and bring customer and market insight to Product and Leadership to shape roadmap and positioning.

Requirements

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience, including significant experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or head of security operations at an enterprise organization.
• Firsthand experience owning a security program, building teams, managing budgets, and reporting to boards.
• Established network and respected reputation within the CISO community.
• Deep knowledge of security operations, including detection and response, SOC operating models, MDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
• Credible perspective on the opportunities and risks of AI in security, with experience influencing executive buying decisions in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills and willingness to travel for customer engagements, events, and community programs.
