AI Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid workplace with travel as needed for team offsites, company events, and customer meetings

Salary: $88,000–$108,000 per year plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, People, and Product & Technology to identify repetitive processes and automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI-augmented workflows and agents using tools such as Zapier, Claude, LLM APIs, and Model Context Protocol servers.
• Redesign operational workflows, improve cross-functional handoffs, and eliminate process friction.
• Create reusable playbooks, documentation, and self-service templates for internal teams.
• Measure adoption, hours reclaimed, cost savings, and operational risk for deployed solutions.
• Contribute to company-wide AI usage standards and operational frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in business technology, systems analysis, process automation, business intelligence, or workflow optimization.
• Practical experience with low-code/no-code platforms, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
• Strong communication, consultative advisory, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience creating internal enablement content, technical documentation, or change management programs.
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and work in a hybrid setup based in Chicago, with flexibility to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or governance, risk, and compliance.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python basics, evaluation frameworks, or observability for internal AI systems.
