IP Customer Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, based out of Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO; Santa Clara, CA; or Toronto, ON

Compensation: $100,000–$500,000, including base and variable compensation targets; the actual offer depends on experience, skills, education, background, and location.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between customers and IP Product and Engineering teams.
• Align product milestones, deliverables, and customer engagement plans with product strategy and signed statements of work.
• Coordinate architects, design teams, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver commitments.
• Maintain program plans, goals, tracking processes, customer service-level agreements, turnaround times, and escalation paths.
• Lead program reviews, communicate status and risks to senior leaders, identify improvement areas, and drive corrective actions.
• Apply AI tools where they can improve program coordination and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years of customer program management experience, ideally supporting IP products or semiconductor technologies.
• Experience with CPU, SoC, or silicon development as an engineer, technical lead, or program manager.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear status updates, dependencies, trade-offs, and executive-ready communications.
• Understanding of the semiconductor and compute IP landscape, including technologies such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerators, subsystem IP, or GPU IP.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI inference or training technologies.
• Background supporting compute IP products from a customer-focused perspective.
