Analyst I - Foreign Exchange Sales (FX)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $34.55–$48.08 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support Senior FX Advisors with internal and external pitch materials, client research, and marketing presentations.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare basic hedging solution ideas, and support business development and client experience initiatives.
• Quote spot foreign exchange trades and execute and book daily transactions.
• Coordinate with trading, operations, compliance, and risk teams to deliver transactions and meet regulatory requirements.
• Track sales performance metrics, analyze economic and geopolitical developments, and communicate market trends.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes while supporting special projects and cross-selling relevant bank products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of financial analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of banking or financial services industry experience.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of fundamental FX products and financial market structure.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
