Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: USD 110,000–125,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Drive investment-grade debt issuance pitching and execution for acquisition finance, capital returns, and refinancing needs.
• Prepare financing and capital markets materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with banking teams, financing product groups, client contacts, and external advisors.
• Monitor market events and themes to provide market color and identify financing opportunities.
• Support the structuring, marketing, and pricing of corporate bonds, loans, and hybrid securities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis in Excel and/or Bloomberg.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and deadline-driven time management skills.
• Interest in macroeconomics and capital markets.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the New York office.

Nice to have

• Experience in debt capital markets or credit ratings.
• Experience driving processes and taking on client responsibility.
• Willingness to step into more senior responsibilities when needed.
