Waste Water Treatment Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Logan, Utah, USA; relocation provided for the right candidate. The position is primarily on the first shift, with weekend and off-shift work potentially required.

What you will do

• Oversee wastewater treatment and waste disposal operations across functional departments.
• Develop, install, maintain, and improve wastewater treatment equipment and pollution prevention programs.
• Direct wastewater treatment and waste disposal employees, including performance management, training, coaching, and safety accountability.
• Coordinate waste stream classification, handling, disposal, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Perform inspections and prepare reports for wastewater, pollution control equipment, and hazardous waste.
• Support the Environmental Management Team, ISO 14001 compliance, and SPCC inspections and program updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of wastewater treatment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in wastewater treatment processes, procedures, and functions or a related industry.
• Ability to work onsite in Logan, Utah, USA, with relocation provided for the right candidate.
• Availability for primarily first-shift work, with occasional weekend and off-shift work.
• Must comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
