Assistant Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: 700 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; onsite role.

Salary: CAD 74,700–77,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage operations and financial activities for a Class A commercial office building.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, occupants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to occupant needs and fulfill license agreement obligations.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets, and other operational reports.
• Coordinate work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance.
• Manage service contracts, bid packages, property inspections, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• College diploma or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in real estate management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi and MRI.
• Experience with contracts and license agreements, plus the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
