Sr. Facilities Assistant (Nuclear)

Location: Round Rock, Texas, United States — onsite

Salary: $26.00–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily facilities operations and service requests across the site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate complex repairs with external vendors and service providers.
• Manage space planning, office relocations, workstation setups, furniture moves, and common-area upkeep.
• Maintain maintenance records, facility documentation, power and network diagrams, and space-usage information.
• Support site operations by setting up AV equipment, managing deliveries and recycling, stocking break areas, and operating site equipment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person due to the nature of work performed at the site.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial and/or manufacturing maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of facility maintenance processes, building systems, and safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.
• Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl, and lift or move up to 50 pounds or more.
