Head of Product Design (Product Design/PropTech): Leading a six-person design team and shaping product experience strategy for a large-scale housing platform with an accent on user-centered design, cross-functional leadership, and business impact. Focus on developing a multi-year roadmap, solving complex experience challenges across product lines, and growing designers through hands-on leadership.
Location: Remote from anywhere in Brazil; access to an office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces. The Work From Anywhere program allows remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do
- Lead a six-person product design team and own the success and impact of the assigned scope.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and other leaders on product strategy, roadmaps, decision-making, and execution.
- Shape and communicate the experience vision for the assigned problem space.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that create a unified customer experience and high-quality design outcomes.
- Allocate people and effort across projects according to priorities and expected impact.
- Support team growth, create development opportunities, and address performance issues.
Requirements
- Solid product design experience demonstrated through cases or a portfolio.
- Experience translating customer needs into innovative, user-friendly designs for developer tools.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams.
- Ability to influence others toward customer-focused, data-driven design and development.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
