People Operations Project Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: Hybrid position working from the Arlington or Herndon, Virginia offices

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the scope, tracking, and execution of end-to-end People Team initiatives using PMP and Agile project management frameworks.
• Build and maintain People Operations reporting with Tableau, Excel, and SurveyMonkey.
• Map and optimize employee lifecycle touchpoints, including mentorship, employee experience, workshops, training, and HR initiatives.
• Design engagement strategies, recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, new-hire and engagement surveys, and exit interviews.
• Lead change management projects and support adoption of organizational changes and HR initiatives.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and executive dashboards while supporting complex Excel analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, SurveyMonkey, data reporting, Google Suite, and Box.
• Advanced to mid-level Excel skills, including complex formulas and basic data analysis.
• Ability to break down tasks, communicate clearly, and align stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Interest or experience in employee-focused operations and workforce data.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Arlington or Herndon, Virginia offices.
