HR Operational Excellence Analyst

Location: USA - Austin, TX

Salary: $86,000–$135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HR operational excellence initiatives, including process redesign, service improvements, governance, and adoption planning.
• Analyze ticket volumes, SLA performance, escalations, CSAT, knowledge utilization, and other metrics to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain HR knowledge content, including KBAs, SOPs, FAQs, decision trees, and employee-facing self-service resources.
• Gather requirements, define testing strategies, lead UAT, and support enhancements to HR tools and systems.
• Enable M&A integrations and global entity expansion through offer letters, employee data validation, Workday conversions, benefits coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with HR leadership, HRIT, COEs, Legal, program owners, and subject matter experts on operational improvements and rollout readiness.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in HR operations or transformation roles.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and enterprise-level transformation and governance.
• Strong analytical capabilities, KPI design, systems thinking, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow, plus requirements gathering, testing, and UAT leadership.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work in a global environment across multiple time zones and be based in the United States location specified for the role.
