Procurement & Sustainability Excellence Data and Systems Specialist

What you will do

• Build and maintain the procurement analytics backbone by consolidating spend, supplier, contract, savings, and sustainability data.
• Develop Python-based analytics and predictive models for spend classification, savings forecasting, supplier-risk scoring, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Create Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting for procurement leaders, category managers, and site teams.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report supplier sustainability data, including ESG ratings, certifications, carbon data, and Scope 3 information.
• Evaluate and implement SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, supplier-risk platforms, automation, AI, and analytics solutions.
• Lead or support global transformation, data-governance, process-automation, change-management, and user-adoption initiatives across Procurement, Sustainability, IT/Data, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, IT, engineering, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, systems management, procurement excellence, supply chain, or a similar global environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, data mining, statistical analysis, and data modelling.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BW, ECC, S/4HANA, and/or SAP Ariba, plus databases and data-management tools such as SQL, MS Access, or MySQL.
• Fluency in English is required. Strong project-management, stakeholder-engagement, communication, and change-management skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of procurement, Source-to-Pay, supply chain, supplier management, or sustainability reporting.
• Experience with EcoVadis, IntegrityNext, CDP, GHG Protocol Scope 3, CSRD, or supplier ESG data management.
• Additional language skills.
