Data & Platform Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Maintain the RDC data platform and Portfolio Master Database as the authoritative source of real estate and data center portfolio information.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity with regional teams and data owners.
• Integrate data from lease administration, finance, facilities management tools, spreadsheets, and external sources.
• Design data transformations, mappings, pipelines, and automated data flows across enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scalable data models, and visualizations for leadership and operational reporting.
• Provide portfolio insights on performance, risks, trends, investments, and site changes while improving governance and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform roles.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and reconciling data across multiple systems.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and data transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data manipulation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate portfolios, facilities operations, or infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality management practices.
• Experience in global, multi-regional operational environments.
