Cost Manager, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Remote with a mix of remote work, onsite work at client locations, and work in an Accenture office or center.

What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans using benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and lifecycle costing options to improve project efficiency.
• Identify project risks and help maintain the Risk Register.
• Create cost control reports, change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed financial reports.
• Assess cost implications in design team meetings and implement agreed outcomes.
• Support client meetings, pre-contract discussions, development appraisals, qualification reviews, and standardized project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related cost or construction discipline.
• At least 2 years of cost management experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working on hyperscale data centers.
• Advanced CostX skills for producing estimates and bills.
