Construction Project Manager (Retail)

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington; travel up to 40% may be required.

What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, costs, timelines, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract execution, change orders, payments, closeout documentation, and compliance with real estate, legal, internal, and external partners.
• Lead design development, scope documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, inspections, and project decision records.
• Oversee construction from bidding through closeout, including contractor selection, general contractor and trade coordination, jurisdictional requirements, and store operations.
• Balance speed, cost, quality, and program expectations while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with on-site execution in fast-paced retail environments.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with estimating, contracts, site operations, safety, operating stores, and MEP systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Coupa, AutoCAD, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Seattle-based role and travel up to 40%.
