Senior Product Manager (DaaS)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: USD $184,950–$270,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a corporate bonus program.

What you will do

• Drive the product strategy and deliver a friction-free end-user experience for hirify.global Horizon users.
• Work with customers and partners to identify issues, gather feedback, and define product enhancements.
• Manage product development from inception through delivery, including requirements, customer use cases, UI mockups, daily builds, engineering coordination, and multilingual releases.
• Analyze competing products, technologies, devices, connectivity options, and market trends.
• Partner with UX, business development, product marketing, ecosystem engineering, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and support revenue opportunities.
• Create reviewer’s guides, white papers, blogs, competitive analyses, and other technical product marketing materials.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with a software company or in product marketing.
• Strong analytical, strategic, project management, prioritization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating ideas into successful products and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of end-user software, including Windows or Linux for desktop and mobile environments.
• Experience using AI tools for requirements creation, mockups, and research.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience; public speaking experience and customer-facing credibility are expected.
