Vibee - Senior Production Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA. Onsite event production is required, with travel to event sites and evening or weekend work as needed. Applicants must already have U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead Production Operations planning and execution for Vibee programs, curated experiences, and festival integrations.
• Guide Project Managers and Coordinators through concept development, timelines, production coordination, and project delivery.
• Own event budgets, approvals, tracking, reporting, and spend efficiency.
• Manage agency, vendor, production partner, permitting, licensing, and contractual coordination.
• Coordinate with Fan Experience, Marketing, Properties, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Support talent relations, staffing, onboarding, training, and event performance optimization.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience leading large-scale live event production, conventions, music festivals, or brand activations in music, entertainment, or media.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of five or more people.
• Strong project management, event planning, production, logistics, agency, vendor, and budget management experience.
• Experience leading multiple overlapping projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
• Fluent English and existing U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship are required.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Event Management, Live Entertainment Management, Hospitality Management, Music Business, Marketing, or Communications.

Nice to have

• Talent Relations, B2B2C sales, or business development experience.
• Spanish proficiency.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, and Creative Asset Management systems.
