Independent Contractor, Program Services Coordinator

Location: United States; virtual work with ability to travel within the US and internationally as needed, with less than 5% travel expected.

What you will do

• Build, test, and manage event registration sites using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor RSVPs, manage participant communications, and apply recruitment tactics when registration is low.
• Coordinate with audiovisual vendors, send and update calendar holds, and manage the shared inbox.
• Run virtual workshops in the evening up to three times per month and support digital programs during congresses.
• Maintain daily master-tracker updates and complete post-event closeouts, including participant lists and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Program Services, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to support assigned programs and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating logistics.
• Ability to meet client and internal deadlines while balancing multiple concurrent projects.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven virtual environment across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel within the US and internationally as necessary; less than 5% travel expected.
