Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States (Remote)

Salary: $108,479–$184,414 annually

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and vision for digital products across the full product management lifecycle.
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure delivery of measurable business and customer value.
• Lead scrum teams and maintain an effective backlog in an agile environment.
• Research user and business needs through personas, journey mapping, design thinking, and market analysis.
• Partner with product, commercial, change, marketing, portfolio, and digital leaders to shape product design and customer experiences.
• Oversee acceptance of delivered work and promote agile practices and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of product management lifecycle experience for digital applications.
• Five years of experience with digital channels, including web, mobile, apps, and social; scanning and mobility solutions experience is required.
• Three years of experience leading products and teams with outcome-focused roadmaps, including Product Owner or Scaled Product Owner experience in scrum teams.
• Strong communication, research, analysis, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
