Senior Director, Unscripted (Creator Economy)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

hirify.global Group's Sixteenth Studios is building an unscripted studio at the intersection of the Creator Economy, television, and streaming.

What you will do

• Develop original unscripted formats and docuseries for television and streaming.
• Build and manage a pipeline of projects from initial concept through pitch, packaging, sale, and production handoff.
• Identify creators, talent, ideas, trends, and online opportunities with potential to become premium series or scalable franchises.
• Develop projects with creators, traditional talent, producers, agents, showrunners, directors, and production partners.
• Write and oversee treatments, decks, format documents, sizzles, casting tapes, and presentations.
• Pitch projects to networks, streamers, and other buyers while maintaining relationships across the television and production marketplace.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in unscripted television development, including formats, reality, competition, lifestyle, documentary, or talent-led programming.
• Proven experience developing unscripted projects that sold or reached broadcast or streaming release.
• Strong relationships with networks, streamers, production companies, agents, buyers, talent, and producers.
• Strong creative instincts, writing, storytelling, and development-materials skills.
• Experience taking projects from early ideas through compelling, market-ready pitches and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Genuine understanding of the Creator Economy and how digital talent and audiences can translate to television and streaming.
