What you will do

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, retailer initiatives, and key marketing moments.
• Manage editorial calendars and publish social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee community management, consumer engagement, user-generated content, and escalation of customer service or reputation issues.
• Build influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiations, gifting, seeding, content rights, execution, and reporting.
• Partner with retailers, marketing, PR, creative, digital commerce, and external agencies on campaigns, giveaways, and community activations.
• Track social KPIs, conduct competitive analysis, present performance reports, and recommend optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Experience in social media strategy, content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
• Ability to analyze engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, video views, click-through rates, and community health metrics.
• English required.
• Must work onsite at the Port Washington, New York headquarters.
